Andy C Releases
Andy C has been releasing music since 1992 when he self released the ‘Sour Mash EP’, the debut output on his own Ram Records imprint.
‘Boom’ is Andy C’s first original release in a hot minute. Back in 2019 he blessed us with 2 anthems , ‘Till Dawn’, followed by ‘Back & Forth’, both of which which got serious amounts of airplay at festivals & on radio that year.
While we all know that his DJ skills are impeccable, we must note just how many bonafide anthem credits he has to his name! Tracks such as ‘Cool Down’, ‘Sound Control’ his collaboration with DJ Randall, the classic ‘Valley Of The Shadows’ with Ant Miles under their Origin Unknown alias, arguably one of the biggest D&B tracks of all time, which got the remix treatment by Chase & Status in 2017!
Ram Trilogy
Of course we can’t forget all the tracks he co-produced as part of Ram Trilogy.
At the end of 2020 Andy C went in and remixed ‘No Reality’, a track from the Ram Trilogy back catalogue which featured on the ‘Revolutions‘ album. Ram Trilogy comprised of Andy C, Shimon & Ant Miles and their releases were pivotal in building the Ram Records label into the drum & bass powerhouse that it became.
Tonn Piper
Born and raised in Manchester one of the most celebrated musical cities in the world, Tonn Piper has been blazing a path through the drum and bass scene for many years.
He is renowned for his versatile and unique ability to adapt to many different music genres. Backing it up with his huge stage presence high-energy and relentless style captivating and elevating any audience that lies before him.
Tonn Piper’s vocals form the main hook on ‘Boom’ and rightly so… Tonn has been Andy C’s MC of choice for the past few years. The pair have toured the world together, he hosted the infamous residency sessions at XOYO, most recently Tonn Piper fronted the Andy New Zealand tour & of course he will be on mic duties at the Andy C All Night event which sold out in a matter of hours!
