Shy FX Collaborates With Global Music Icon Nile Rodgers!

After hitting us in the past with a few left field featured artists such as Lily Allen, actress Cara Delevingne & Craig David, Shy FX now raises the levels once again with a brand new collaboration of insane proportions! For his latest single on Digital Soundboy he’s teamed up with British rapper Kojey Radical & the iconic Nile Rodgers!

Their new new track ‘Good Morning’ dropped today featuring Shy FX drum and bass flavours, Kojey Radicals upbeat vocals, and the distinctive guitar licks from Nile Rodgers Fender Stratocaster guitar, more commonly known as ‘The Hitmaker’ due to the sheer amount of chart topping tune it’s been played on.

Nile Rodgers ‘The Hitmaker’

While the drum & bass generation regard Shy FX as a production legend, Nile Rogers studio engineering credits are quite simply EPIC!

Aside from the disco hits such as ‘Dance Dance Dance’, ‘Everybody Dance’, & ‘Le Freak’ that he penned in the 70’s with his band Chic, Rodgers he has written, produced, and performed on records that have sold more than 500 million albums and 75 million singles worldwide… His music was even sampled by The Sugarhill Gang in ‘Rappers Delight’, one of the first rap records to enter the US Billboard charts.

He’s worked with global music superstars such as David Bowie, INXS, Madonna, Duran Duran, Grace Jones, Christina Aguilar, Lady Gaga, Daft Punk & now Shy FX!
